DAY 01: Arrive in Fez:
Pick up at the airport of Fez at the estimated time by our guide and transfer to the Riad, well located and is in the middle of the medina, which is the historical part of Fez, depending on the arrival time, possibility to visit a part of Fez. Dinner and accommodation in the Hotel / Riad.
DAY 02: Fez guided tour:
A free day in Fez. Entering the streets of the Medina (old city) we will feel that time goes back: the trade union structure is still present at work, the narrowness of its streets does not allow another means of transportation than the donkeys and a constant tingling of people moves Through the labyrinthine alleys in the middle of which we will be surprised by neighborhoods like the Andalusian and magnificent mosques and Koranic schools. Fez has always been associated with study and religiosity, and remains the spiritual capital of Morocco. After visiting the medina, another option is to walk aimlessly through the streets of Fez-Jdid, where you will find the royal palace, the mellah (jewish) and the oldest mosque in Fez. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 03: Fez – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – The dunes of Merzouga:
Breakfast and departure route to the beautiful dunes of Merzouga, passing by Ifran known as “the Moroccan Switzerland” we will stop to visit the forest of Cedars in Azrou and we will see the monkeys climbing the cedar trees. After the Zad pass (2178m / 7146ft) we will pass by Midelt, Rió de Ziz we will stop to take photos to a breathtaking panoramic view over the gorges of the Ziz river, Continuation to the city of Erfoud famous for the fossils where fossil-containing rocks are extracted. Arrival at Merzouga dunes “Erg Chebbi” where we can feel the peace and tranquility of the desert, where we can admire the sunset show and the fascinating star sky. Dinner and overnight at Hostel located at the foot of the Dunes.
DAY 04: Merzouga – Tour of the dunes – Khamlia – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga:
This will be a stage where after breakfast, we walk one of the tracks that used in the “Rally Paris-Dakar”, visiting nomads of the desert with whom we will have tea and we will see the oasis where some films like “Sahara” were filmed, carried out By Penélope Cruz. We will visit the village of “negros”, named for the slave trade they brought from the Sudan. And after eating we will change the traction of the 4 × 4 by the one of the animal traction. The dromedaries will take us into the desert of dunes to be able to contemplate an unforgettable sunset. Tonight will be special, we will sleep in the dunes in nomadic tents (Jaimas), as do the Berbers. Here we will enjoy a Berber dinner, music and a starry sky like you have never seen. Dinner and overnight in the unforgettable camp.
DAY 05: Merzouga – Rissani – Tinjdad – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges:
We will get up early to climb the dunes before sunrise, a spectacle without equal. An interesting excursion that we can do on foot or on a camel. After breakfast we leave again in the 4 × 4 to cross the hammada (stone desert), where from time to time appear dunes and palm trees, small oases where life takes shape. In a little more than 2 hours you will reach Tinerhir, the most leafy oasis in the south, from where you can reach the Todra Gorges. Time for walks through the oasis, contemplating its crops and irrigation systems, and to travel part of the Gorges in an unequaled way. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 06: The Dades Gorges – Rose Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate:
We will continue along the route of the Kasbahs, being able to detour towards the interior of the Valley of the Dades; We will find some of the most beautiful kasbahs in Skoura. After leaving Ouarzazate behind, we will head for Aït Benhaddou, one of the largest kasbahs in the whole of the South, which keeps some parts well preserved thanks to the fact that it has become the stage of many films. We will sleep in a hotel in front of the Kasbah, so that we can visit it calmly and outside the hours of greater influx of visitors. Dinner and night.
DAY 07: Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech:
The journey is a succession of strengths. Today’s day is another one of them. The 200 km that separate Ouarzazate from Marrakech run through the High Atlas. The road must be traveled slowly, for its beauty and for being a mountain port that crosses the Atlas to almost 2.300m. To round off the spectacular of the day, we will follow the ancient caravan route that linked the two cities through the Ounila Valley, where there are kasbahs built in caves and which will take us to Telouet. Finally, arrival in Marrakech. Accommodation in a hotel according to selected hotel category.
DAY 08: Marrakech – Marrakech:
Free day in Marrakech, a city famous for its Jemaa el Fna square, which will occupy much of our time: an amalgam of aromas, sounds and sensations unrepeatable. The city also has a myriad of places to stroll and enjoy: the Majorelle Gardens, the Menara, the Saadian Tombs, walks in the medina or the mellah (the old Jewish quarter), the ramparts of the ramparts and the Modern city (Gueliz) with its western ways of life. Accommodation in a hotel according to selected hotel category.
DAY 09: Marrakech – Transfer to the airport:
At the agreed time, transfer to the airport and start flight back. End of our services.
